Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health experience within the last year
- 1 year of Home Health experience
- Hospice experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- Experience with OASIS

Clinical Details
- Home visits and periodic office meetings
- Average 5–8 patients per day
- Territory mileage radius up to 75 miles from home clinic
- Typical travel volume: 300–500 miles per week
- Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow up Visits
- Guaranteed hours: No
- Weekend rotation and on-call requirements vary by location and profession
- Some positions may have a Baylor shift schedule of 4x10s Friday–Monday; most are standard 5x8s Monday–Friday
Charting / Systems
- HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) proficiency required within the last 6 months
- Oasis proficiency required for RNs
- If HCHB was used outside the last 6 months, retraining is required
- If Oasis has not been used within the last 6 months, an OASIS E course is required
Additional Notes
- Dress code: Scrubs
- Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
- Compensation is from patient home to patient home; commute to first and last patient is not billable
