Job Details
- Location: Lacey, Washington
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday; weekends optional
- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
- Patient volume: 5–7 patients per day
- Case mix: Geriatric
- Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
- On-call: Every 6th weekend
- Locals accepted: No
- First-time travelers accepted: No
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- Experience with OASIS
Additional Requirements
- Must be flexible with territory
- Timely documentation and communication required
- Proof of current auto insurance is required for home health positions
- Background checks, health screenings, references, and other onboarding compliance items are required before start
Work Environment
- Scrubs of any color
- No jeans

Reimbursement
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
