Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Auburn, New York
13-week assignment
Day shift, 4x10 hours
Shift options include 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid MRI Technologist license in New York
MRI Technologist with 2 years of experience
MRI Technologist experience within the last year
Applicable license/certifications required
ARRT (MR)
New York State contrast injection certification
National certification/verification prior to facility start and upon expiration
Background check within 1 year of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
Unexpired government-issued photo ID
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
Resume and skills checklist
New York State Nurse Aide Registry check
New York State Medicaid Exclusion List check

Pre-Start Health and Compliance Requirements

Full physical exam within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider
Fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
TB screening within 1 year of start, or chest x-ray if previously positive
Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
Measles and rubella immunity documentation
Mumps immunity status must be provided
Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
Varicella vaccination, positive titer, or documented history of disease
9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
COVID vaccine records or declination
Annual tuberculosis questionnaire
Annual background check update
Annual orientation and safety acknowledgements
