Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Santa Rosa, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Specialty: Registered Nurse

Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 4 days per week, with call potential any day of the week
On-call: Required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Role Summary

Provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular, vascular, and radiology procedures. Responsibilities include assessment, preparation, monitoring, sedation management, and recovery before, during, and after invasive procedures. The role requires advanced hemodynamic monitoring skills and rapid response in emergent situations.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Interventional Radiology experience
