Job Overview

Key Role Details

• Float coverage is required across medical-surgical, medical-surgical telemetry, and PCU units
• Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
• Ratios are 1:4–5 for PCU and 1:5–6 for medical-surgical and medical-surgical telemetry
• Every other weekend is required
• No call is required
• Up to 7 days of requested time off is allowed
• One major holiday must be worked if it falls during the assignment period; two major holidays must be worked if two fall during the assignment period; two of three major holidays must be worked if three fall during the assignment period
• Local candidates are accepted

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Georgia
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Experience with Epic

• Navy blue scrubs are required
• Non-billable orientation hours are determined by contract length
• Background check, education verification, drug screen, TB documentation, immunization documentation, physical exam, references, skills checklist, and work history verification are required for onboarding
