Travel Registered Nurse (ICU) - Missouri, Bolivar

Job Details

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (ICU)

• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (can accommodate more than 50% weekends if requested)
• Call Required: No
• Floating: Will float between ICU and Telemetry units

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification
• Experience with Impella
• Experience with Balloon pump
• STEMI care experience

Additional Information

• Block scheduling allowed but not guaranteed; weekend blocks more feasible
• Unit scrub color: Navy Blue

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work (I9, government-issued photo ID)
• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG
• Primary source verification of RN license (NURSYS verification required)
• Health documents including physical exam, negative TB test or chest X-ray, immunizations (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella), drug screening, and flu vaccination or exemption
• Required competencies and exams (medication/pharmacology competency, core competencies)
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Facility-specific orientation and compliance modules

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Floating between ICU and Telemetry units is expected.
• Candidates must be able to meet physical demands of the position.
