Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel/Contract Position

Job Requirements

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam (not required annually unless >30 day gap between assignments)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination
• Negative TB test (PPD, Q-Gold, or T-spot within 30 days) or chest X-Ray if history of positive TB
• Measles (Rubeola): 2 MMR vaccines or positive antibody titer
• Mumps: 2 MMR vaccines or positive antibody titer
• Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive antibody titer
• Hepatitis B: Titer, vaccine series, or declination
• Varicella: History of chickenpox, 2 vaccines, positive antibody titer, or declination (with work restrictions if exposed)
• Drug Testing: 5, 7, or 10 panel drug screen within 1 year including THC, Cocaine, Amphetamines, PCP, Opiates
• Flu Vaccine: Not required by client, but required by agency standards
• COVID Vaccine: Highly recommended but not required; if not vaccinated or missing booster, must complete declination form

Facility Specific Requirements

• Copy of Driver’s License or State ID
• Photo for badge (passport style, solid background, clear, no filters)
• Privacy Security Form prior to start
• COVID-19 Declination Form if vaccine series or booster not on file
• Agency Staff Personnel Form (confirmation of EPIC charting system use within past 12 months)
• Flu Declination Form if declining flu vaccine

This position requires a Registered Nurse with IR experience who can scrub cases, holds current BLS and ACLS certifications, and meets all background, health, and facility-specific documentation requirements. The contract length is approximately 13 weeks in Great Falls, Montana.
