Job Description

• Required Skills/Procedures:

  • SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy)
  • TBI (Total Body Irradiation)
  • IORT (Intraoperative Radiation Therapy)
• Responsibilities include:

  • Handling standard radiation cases with a higher volume of breast and prostate cancers. Other cases include lung, hepatobiliary, brain, multiple myeloma, sarcomas, etc.
  • Performing quality assurance, calibration, and repair of radiation therapy equipment.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the radiation oncology team regarding equipment status and downtime plans.
  • Performing radiation therapy treatments daily, with principal functions such as calibration and quality assurance done after normal business hours.
