Job Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend and holidays as needed
Float: Required to float between multiple campuses as needed
Patient Ratio: 1:6

Job Description

Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
Care for patients with conditions such as CVA (stroke), TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, neurological diagnoses, generalized debility, post-op surgical, aneurysm, and stroke rehabilitation needs
Work in an inpatient rehab department providing specialized care for rehabilitation patients

Required Qualifications & Skills

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Rehabilitation experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
MAB - Management of Assaultive Behavior certification
NIHSS - NIH Stroke Certification
Pass/Fail EKG and Dysrhythmia testing
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
