Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis

Job Details

Location: Waterloo, Iowa
Employment type: Temp
Shift: Days
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Dialysis experience with at least 1 year of experience
Dialysis experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Schedule / Assignment Expectations

Must work 1–2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed
Orientation dates listed: 9/8 and 9/21, with 9/8 preferred

Work Environment

6-bed unit
Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 2:1, with some 1:1 assignments
No drips/titrations
Scrubs: any solid-color tops and bottoms

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are welcomed with at least 15 months of dialysis experience
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
Past employees of the health system may be restricted from returning in certain travel roles within 12 months
