Respiratory Therapist (Temp, Nights) – Lansing, MI
Job Summary
- Provide respiratory therapy and patient care according to physician orders, hospital policies, and departmental standards.
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures.
- Evaluate patient response to respiratory therapy and take corrective actions as needed.
- Educate patients and staff on respiratory procedures, equipment use, and safety precautions.
- Perform routine maintenance and service checks on respiratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to respiratory therapy.
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Shift & Hours
- Night shift
- 12 hours per day
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
- Experience with ventilators, BiPAP, ICU, ER, and arterial blood gas (ABG) procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

- Dress code: Galaxy blue scrubs
