Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
- Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills
- Critical drip experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Pre-post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience
- Prior HCA experience
Unit Details
- Staffing: 5 RNs on day shift, 5 RNs on night shift, and 2 LNAs; staffing flexes with volume
- Patient ratio: 4:1
- Equipment: GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
- EMR: Expanse
Floating
- May float to Med Surg
- May float to ICU for border patients
- May float to the Emergency Department for ED holds
Schedule
- Every other weekend, or equivalent if staffing needs require it
