Job Overview

  • Travel RN position in Athens, Tennessee
  • 13-week assignment
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • No call requirements
  • No float requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Tennessee
  • Behavioral Health experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS
  • CPI
  • Experience working with Geriatric patients
  • Dementia patient experience

Unit Details

  • Geriatric behavioral health unit
  • 24 beds
  • Typical patient ratio: 1:7
  • Patient population: geriatric adults age 50+

Schedule / Work Environment

  • Orientation is held bi-weekly on Mondays
  • Weekend hours: 24 per week
  • Calm, collaborative personality preferred

Additional Notes

  • Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
  • Solid-colored scrubs required
  • Facial piercings are not allowed
