Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Work Schedule

Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
12-hour shifts
Weekends rotation
No on-call required
Approximately 36 hours per week

Unit Information

Respiratory department
Typical procedures: nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, ventilator management
Dress code: olive green tops and black bottoms
No call requirements
Unit staffed with a mix of travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters
Patient ratios and staff composition vary by shift

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
