Position Details

• Shift: Days, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7 AM - 7 PM or 9 AM - 9 PM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As needed
• Call Requirements: Required; details to be discussed during interview
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CNOR
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in OR specialty
• Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with multiple computer systems (EMR: EPIC)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide quality care in an OR setting
• Preferred: Scrubbing experience, robotic surgery experience preferred

Unit Information

• Patient Type: Surgical / OR patients
• Procedures: General, GYN, GU, Orthopedic, ENT surgeries
• Team Environment: Must work well both independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements

• Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1 (exemptions require approval)
• Dress code includes black scrubs
