- Unit: Med/Surg 3E (3 North, Floor 3)
- Number of Beds: 10
- Staffing: 14 total
- Day Shift: 7 LVNs, 2 PCTs
- Night Shift: 1 RN, 3 LVNs, 1 PCT
- Patient Ratio: 5:1
- Equipment: Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, Telemetry
- EMR System: Meditech
Experience Requirements
- Years of Nursing Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred (higher value between 1 and 3 years)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have BLS certification
- Hospital experience preferred
- No routine procedures performed on unit
- Best personality fit: Open to feedback, owner mentality
Additional Information
- Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs with St. David’s logo required
- Weekends: 4 shifts per month expected
