Position Highlights

• Coordinate and direct patient care services for patients of all ages.
• Perform patient evaluation and assessment.
• Establish and implement plans of care.
• Assess and modify treatments to ensure goal achievement.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Produce timely, quality documentation according to professional and regulatory standards.
• Collect and analyze outcome measure data to monitor patient progress and intervention benefits.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and hospital leadership.
• Understand treatment costs and financial aspects related to quality and efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, billing/coding, and procedural planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• Current unrestricted certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.

Contract Length

• 2 months (interpreted from contract_length value of 1)
