MRI Technologist

Location: Savannah, Georgia
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Details

Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm with rotating call nights and weekends
Work environment includes inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department MRI imaging
Equipment: 2 MRI scanners (1.5 Fuji Oval)
Active MRI Breast Scanning including Breast Biopsy procedures
High patient volume
Must follow The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
Punctual attendance is required

Required Qualifications

Professional MRI technologist license valid in the state of practice
MRI certification (ACR) required
Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience (higher value applied)
Associate of Science degree required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Breast MRI experience preferred

Additional Information

Must comply with a 100-mile radius rule for travel
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
