Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Every other weekend

Job Description

• Provide basic and advanced professional respiratory care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Work under the medical direction of the Respiratory Therapy medical director.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and modify respiratory care based on individual patient needs.
• Make independent judgments within the scope of responsibilities.
• Make accurate observations and communicate effectively with the care team.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Illinois
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
• BLS Certification

Additional Information

• Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
• Call-off policy allows the equivalent of 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty.
• Local rate adjustments apply for clinicians living within 50 miles of the facility.
