Job Details

  • Specialty: OR Tech (Operating Room Technician)
  • Location: Roseburg, Oregon
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Days
  • Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 5/8s Monday-Friday with floating between campuses
  • Call Requirements: Weeknight, weekend (every 4th weekend or more if desired), and holiday call mandatory
  • Call Response Time: 20-30 minutes
  • Orientation: 2 days unit/department-specific orientation for scrub tech role
  • Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs provided

Work Environment

  • Number of OR suites: 4
  • Cases per day: 15-20
  • Common Case Types: Orthopedic, General Surgery, Gynecology, Robotic Surgery, Trauma
  • Floating: Possible between campuses

Required Qualifications

  • Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA certification
  • BLS Certification
