Required Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist or license eligible in Washington
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor’s degree from a program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• One year clinical experience
• Advanced degree or training strongly encouraged
