Primary location: medical-surgical float team
Floats as needed within skillset to observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care units
Facility will try to keep the traveler in 1 to 2 like units, but floating to another unit is possible

Previous travel experience
NIHSS certification is preferred for submissions, though completion is required before the end of orientation

Contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of Bellin Health
Ratios: day 1:4, evening 1:4 to 1:5, night 1:6 occasionally 1:7
Scrub colors: no bright colors or character prints
Medical portion of compliance must begin within 48 hours of accepted offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start
