Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Catheterization Laboratory

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel


Job Details

  • Specialty: Catheterization Laboratory (EP procedures)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 7 AM – 5 PM days, with possibility of late days to finish cases (10 or 12 hour shifts)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed (except orientation week or unit closure)
  • Weekend/Holiday: No weekends; 1 holiday as needed
  • On Call: 12 hours on call only
  • Float Requirements: None

Required Qualifications

  • Valid North Carolina or Compact RN license
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Minimum experience: Must have EP experience, including ablations and devices; able to scrub or circulate any and all EP procedures proficiently
  • Charting experience: EPIC experience strongly preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccination and booster required unless medically or religiously exempt

Additional Information

  • Travel experience is highly preferred (prior travel experience not explicitly required but favored)
  • Candidate should be hardworking, resilient, able to manage change well, and socially engaging

This position does not require weekend work regularly and offers a stable day shift schedule with some on-call responsibilities.
