Clinical Lab Technologist - Travel Position

Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel Contract


Job Summary

  • Perform analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to assist healthcare providers in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
  • Conduct testing in specialized laboratories using manual techniques and automated instrumentation.
  • Responsibilities include instrument operation and maintenance, troubleshooting assays, evaluating test accuracy, interpreting results, and operational support to optimize testing.
  • Work with multiple computer systems to retrieve information and report results.
  • May work with minimal supervision and assist with specimen collection.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols when handling infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards is required.

Contract Length

  • Approximately 7 weeks (52 days ≈ 7 weeks)

  • Ability to produce accurate results under time constraints in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills; able to work closely with others.
