Overview

- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Schedule: 3x12 or 4x10; 2 weekends per month
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Infusion experience within the last year
- 1 year of infusion experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred qualifications
- Ambulatory EPIC experience preferred
Submission requirements
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Candidate submission coversheet
Onboarding requirements
- License/certificate verification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
- Background check within 45 days prior to start date
- Massachusetts CORI completed within 30 days prior to start date
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check within 30 days of start date and updated annually
- Exclusion checks within 30 days of start date and annually
- Education verification
- Fit test within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator medical clearance attestation
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Health statement within 365 days of start date
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
