Job Overview
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, every other weekend, every other holiday
Role Setting
- This is a faster-paced environment than a traditional inpatient unit.
- Nurses care for patients in hallway spaces as well as bays and may need to move between multiple care areas to obtain patients, medications, and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Resume showing the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Onboarding Requirements
- License and certification primary source verification
- Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation
- Medication exam with a passing score of 80%
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check

- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
