Job info

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans; record and communicate patient condition appropriately.
Coordinate care among all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Work requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
Use personal protective equipment following Standard Precautions.

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last year
Stroke experience, including proficiency with NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
