Job Opportunity: Part Time RN (Travel)

Location: Kenmore, New York

Job Details

Schedule: 3 days a week, 24 hours/week
Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Required Credentials & Compliance

Professional State Nursing License (including acceptance of out-of-state licensure when permitted)
Nursys verification
COVID-19 vaccination (proof of primary series)
MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
Influenza vaccine (October 1 – March 31, accepts declination)
TB Test (One Step Tb Skin Test / Tspot / TB QuantiFERON within past 12 months)
Varicella vaccination or proof of immunity
Annual TB Questionnaire (within past 12 months)
Physical and Vision Exam within past 12 months (including systems check)
12 panel drug screen (no THC) within past 12 months
Driver's License or State ID
Background checks including:
- 7-year criminal county search, SSN trace, national criminal database (within 12 months)
- National and State Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days prior to start)
- Webchecks (within 30 days prior to start)

Additional Requirements

Completion of Catholic Core Competencies, Skills Checklist, Unit Exam, and Relias Color Vision test
Submission of Agency/Contracted Personnel Form
Catholic-specific employment verification, professional references, badge photo, resume, employee bio form, COA, and fit test
