Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Cheektowaga, New York
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule: Weekend rotation

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (AHA)
• ARRT Certification
• Professional State License (must follow applicable state executive orders and board guidelines for temporary licensure, emergency waivers, or licensure by endorsement; out-of-state licensure accepted when permitted)
• Driver's License or State ID

Required Compliance & Health Documentation

• Proof of vaccines or titers for:

  • MMR
  • Hepatitis B
  • Influenza Vaccine (October 1 – March 31, accepts declination)
  • Varicella
• TB Test (One Step Tb Skin Test / Tspot / TB QuantiFERON within past 12 months)
• Annual TB Questionnaire (within past 12 months)
• Physical and Vision Exam (within past 12 months, must include systems check)
• 12 panel drug screen (NO THC) within past 12 months
• Fit Test

• National and State Sex Offender Registry checks (within 30 days prior to start)
