Registered Nurse (Medical / Surgical / Telemetry)

Location: Elmira, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

Provide nursing care on Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry units.
Must have ACLS, BLS, NIH certification and ability to read basic rhythm strips prior to starting.
Collaborate with primary and team nursing staff.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Minimum of 3 years of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience
Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
All credentials and documentation must be current and compliant at time of onboarding.
Contract length is approximately 13 weeks.
Shift is a 12-hour night shift.

This position is suitable for experienced RNs with Medical/Surgical and Telemetry skills who meet the above certification, licensure, and health requirements and are comfortable working night shifts in a team nursing environment.
