Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (CT)
- Driver's License
Onboarding Requirements
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation, declination, or exemption
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity or negative titer with signed declination if applicable
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- 2-step PPD or IGRA within 1 year of start
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- Background check and identity verification
- Education verification
- Motor vehicle report dated within 30 days of start
- Skills checklist
- Code of conduct, confidentiality, conflict of interest, I-9, integrity/audit, system access, and other standard onboarding forms
