Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New York
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Additional Assignment Requirements

• Facility-required compliance items, including CEUs and pre-start training modules, must be completed before the start date
• Compliance items must be fully completed by Tuesday at noon the week prior to the start date, or the start will be pushed to the following week
• A background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years is required within 1 year of start and must be updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks are required before facility start
• An unexpired government-issued photo ID is required
• A full physical exam within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider, is required
• Fit testing within 12 months of start and updated annually is required
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years or declination is required
• TB screening within 1 year of start is required
• Measles and rubella immunity is required
• Hepatitis B documentation is required
• Varicella documentation is required
• A 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start is required
• Flu vaccination or declination is required during flu season
• COVID vaccination records or declination are required
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire are required
• Skills checklist is required
• New York state-specific registry and Medicaid exclusion list checks are required
