RN Hospice

Role Overview

Day shift home health hospice RN assignment
2 openings
Schedule options: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
13-week contract
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
30 guaranteed visits weekly for a 40-hour weekly guarantee
Geriatric cases
Territory up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
Locals accepted at travel rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License
Hospice experience
Experience with Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS

Work Expectations

All charting must be completed by 9:00 a.m. the following morning
Traveler must be flexible with territory
Timely documentation and communication required

Additional Details

Average patient load: 5-7 per day, to be confirmed during interview
Scrubs of any color; no jeans

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
