Role Summary

Travel/Contract MedSurg RN assignment on an Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor in Thomasville, Georgia.

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Every other weekend
• Minimal to no RTO; must be included on submission
• Start date is 3 weeks from offer
• Possible extension

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• FM-Intermediate skill
• IV Start skill
• Minimum 1 year recent Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Driver's License
• Royal Blue scrubs required
• Qualivis submission form required
• References
• Skills checklist
• Updated NURSYS
• Copy of driver’s license to prove 30-mile radius

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience

Submission / Compliance Notes

• Proof of I9 or attestation
• Color copy of driver’s license required; black and white not acceptable
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check required within 30 days of start and updated annually
• Education verification required for all candidates
• Proof of education required for RNs
• Physical exam within 1 year of start and updated annually
• Fit test completed on site at no cost to worker
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 30 days of start
• TB questionnaire required within 30 days of start
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine required during flu season unless approved medical/religious exemption is on file
• Two recent supervisor/manager-level references verified within 12 months of start
