Overview

Travel/Contract role in Hartford, Connecticut
8-week assignment
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:00; start/end times may vary due to surgery schedules
Call is as needed and is described as very infrequent

Role Details

Pediatric CVOR Tech in a multi-specialty pediatric Surgical Services suite
The opening exists to backfill cardiac service line scrub technician coverage

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
CST
1 year of cardiac service line scrub technician experience

Preferred Qualifications

Multi-specialty pediatric suite experience

Additional Notes

Clear copy of front and back of driver’s license is required; passport is acceptable in lieu of driver’s license
Two references from the past 2 years, both from direct supervisors, are required
Current physical exam, fit mask testing, Tdap, TB screening, immunization/documentation, drug testing, and flu vaccination/documentation are required per facility onboarding
Photo for badge and signed facility documents are required before start
