7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Assignment Length

14 weeks

Unit Details

Adult to geriatric patient population
General Med Surg unit
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Work Expectations

Every other weekend
Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed
Up to 7 days of requested time off
Must work major holidays if they fall during the assignment, based on the holiday schedule provided

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Local candidates are accepted
Navy blue scrubs required
Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR are used in the unit
Full compliance is required before start
Non-billable orientation hours vary by contract length
