Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Winchester, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8 hours, 40 hours/week)

Job Description

Primary responsibility in the outpatient setting.
May occasionally provide care in critical access hospital and long-term care settings.
Evaluate and treat patients.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Kansas.

Additional Notes

Locals are accepted at the same rate.
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement and compliance with HIPAA required.
Performance evaluations required if previously worked over 1 year; internal evaluations if over 2 years.
