Schedule Details
- Every other weekend coverage
- Floating required as needed by the facility
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- New York state license verification
- NURSYS verification for LPN/LVN
Experience Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Local candidates are not accepted; must live more than 75 miles away
- Patient ratio experience required: 1:10
Unit Details
- 41-bed short-term rehab unit
- Specializes in wound care, wound vacs, IVs, PICC lines, and nephrostomy care
- Common patient diagnoses include post-orthopedic and cardiac procedures, wounds, hypertension, CHF, and renal failure
