Unit / Setting
- ICU RN for a respiratory care unit
- High-acuity stepdown unit
- May float as needed
- Holidays as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (3 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
- Ventilator support experience
- Willingness to work stepdown units with 4:1 patient ratio
- Experience with Epic
- Successful completion of Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening
- Government-issued photo ID
- 2 professional references
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
- Physical exam completed within 6 months of start
- Annual fit test
- QuantiFERON TB test or chest X-ray, completed within 6 months of start
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Annual skills checklist
Work Expectations
- Willing to work stepdown if needed
- No blocked scheduling requests
- No requests for holidays off
- No extended time off beyond 4 days
- Work every other weekend
Preferred Experience
- Charge RN
- SICU
- MICU
- Availability for overtime

- Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered
- Travel pairs will not be considered
