Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Work Requirements

Must be willing to float between units as needed
Weekend shifts required (6 weekends in 6 weeks)
Able to work 48-hour shifts if approved

Completion of required regulatory and specialty-specific training modules annually via LMS platform
Compliance with state-specific background and license verification requirements
Adherence to facility-specific float policies
