Job Details

  • Day shift 07:00 - 15:30
  • Day shift 08:00 - 16:30
  • Mid-shift 11:00 - 19:30
  • 2 weekends per month and holiday rotation required
• Experience Required: 3-5 years

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in California
• Current and valid California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and Fluoroscopy permits (CA Fluoroscopy)
• ARRT certification
• Minimum of 3 years Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Current and valid Driver’s License or government-issued photo ID
• Background checks including Social Security Trace, National Criminal History Search (7 years), National Sex Offender Search, FACIS level 3, OFAC, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG (all within 30 days of start)
• Diploma or official transcripts verifying education
• Verification of licensure within 30 days of start
• Drug screening as required (including 10-panel for certain facility placements)
• Physical exam within one year of start, updated annually
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Negative TB test (QGold) within one year
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (declination accepted if signed within past year)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella titers or vaccination proof as required
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination
  • COVID-19 vaccine or declination (specific vaccine timing required)

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on unit
• Other certifications as applicable per unit or specialty (check with recruiter or PM team)

Additional Requirements

• Completion of facility-specific onboarding documents and training modules prior to start, including but not limited to:

  • HIPAA training
  • Harassment prevention training
  • Facility-specific confidentiality agreements
  • Access request forms
  • Photo ID for badge
  • Employee health questionnaires
  • Facility-specific job description acknowledgment
• References: Two required, supervisor level or above, with at least one reference within the last year including dates of affiliation
• Employment application covering last 7 years with explanations for gaps of 30 days or more
• Work history verification for last 5 years
