Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Location: Auburn, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract position in Radiology / Cardiology.

Required Credentials & Documentation

Identification

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver's License/State ID)

Background Checks

• Background Check within 1 year covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check prior to start
• HHS/OIG check prior to start

Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA or ARC acceptable, as applicable by specialty
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required for clinical positions only, AHA or ARC acceptable
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA or ARC acceptable, as applicable by specialty
• National Certification/Verification prior to start and upon expiration, as applicable by profession and state
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License Verification (Primary source verification prior to start and upon expiration)
• NURSYS Verification (for RN, LPN/LVN, AP) prior to start

Competencies

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
• Competency Exam, as applicable to profession/specialty

Health Requirements

• Physical Exam within last 12 months, including review of systems and provider statement of ability to perform job duties
• Fit Mask Test within last 12 months (specific mask types listed)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within last 10 years or declination
• Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (PPD/TB test, Quantiferon, T-Spot within last year; chest x-ray within last 5 years if history of positive TB test)
• TB Questionnaire within last 12 months
• Immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 MMR vaccines or serologic titers) as per NYS regulations
• Hepatitis B immunity status (3 series vaccine, positive titer, or declination)
• Varicella immunity (2 vaccines, positive titer, declination, or documented chickenpox disease)
• Drug Screen within last 30 days
• Seasonal Flu Vaccination/Documentation for current season or declination
• COVID vaccine records or declination

History & Other Requirements

• Two professional references within 3 years of hire
• Skills Checklist required
• New York State Medicaid Exclusion List check required
