Floating: Yes, may float within scope to all Metro EDs and between departments, units, and facilities as needed
Holiday Shifts & Charge RN: May be required as needed
Locals Accepted: No (home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility)

Return to Office Restrictions: No more than 7 days

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

Government-issued ID required
Criminal background check within 6 months (including statewide, nationwide, and international if applicable)
EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks quarterly

Primary source verification of professional license (Missouri licenses verified via NURSYS)
Drug testing within 1 year of start, must include specific panels and be valid throughout assignment
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask testing (N95) required and must be renewed annually
Immunizations and titers:
- Tdap (or Td for renewals)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella immunity or vaccination/declination
- Hepatitis B declination required (not vaccination)

This position is ideal for experienced ER Registered Nurses with at least 2 years of experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency department setting with pediatric and adult patients, and who meet the certification and compliance requirements listed above. Prior travel experience is required as first-time travelers are not accepted.
