Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel/Contract)

Job Description

• Overnight role
• Function independently in CT and X-Ray

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a CT Technologist (Radiology specialty)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA only)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA only)
• Other certifications may be required depending on unit assignment; confirm with unit description

Experience Requirements

• Specialty experience: Radiology / Cardiology – Minimum 1 year experience recommended (default to higher if conflicting info)
• No explicit prior travel experience required

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG exclusion/sanction checks within 90 days of start
• Washington State mandated WSP/WATCH search within 90 days prior to start
• Education verification or official transcripts/diploma required
• Primary source verification of certifications and licenses

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start (updated annually)
• Immunizations and titers required or declination forms accepted for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine or declination form
  • COVID vaccine or declination form
• Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) or chest X-ray within 12 months
• Annual TB questionnaire
• 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start (must include marijuana)

Additional Documentation

• Government issued photo ID required
• Passport-style photo for badge
• Professional references (2 within last 3 years)
• Skills checklist (annual)

Notes

• Must confirm any additional certifications or requirements based on unit assignment
• Driver’s license not required for this role (only for Hospice RNs)

This position offers an opportunity to work independently overnight in a CT/X-Ray role within a reputable healthcare system in Washington state.
