Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a minimum of 24 months of current CVOR experience. The position involves working day shifts in a full-service medical campus with a focus on heart care and surgical services.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona or Compact RN license
- Minimum 24 months of current Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience
- American Heart Association certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Flu vaccination (declinations accepted with proper documentation)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean nursing license with no hits on Nursys at time of submission
- Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
- Ability to comply with specific background and compliance requirements
Additional Information
- Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered
- Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week or on holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
- Travel experience is preferred but not required
- Must provide a detailed resume including all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units worked
- Skills checklist specific to Operating Room discipline required
- Assignment terms include a 7-day cancellation notice without penalty
