Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Apply the nursing process to the care of patients within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Teach patients and significant others.
• Document patient care in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall patient care.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Recent (within the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience - REQUIRED
  • 2 years of intermediate/progressive care experience - REQUIRED
  • Facility will consider candidates with PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience.

• Certifications:

  • Certifications do not need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain.

• Licensure:

  • Oregon RN license does not need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain.

  • COVID vaccination - no longer required
