Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Facility: Bryan East Campus
Unit: OR
Unit size: 12 operating suites
Schedule: Typically 10-hour day shifts with 1 call block per 2-week time frame; some Saturdays possible
Floating: No floating to other units/departments

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of OR experience
NE or Compact RN license, active and in good standing
BLS (AHA or ARC)
Must live within 50 miles of the facility
Must disclose any prior employment with Bryan Health; if previously employed there, end date must be at least 12 months before submission
Must include candidate presentation checklist in the presentation packet

Preferred Qualifications

Dental experience
Plastics experience

Clinical Experience

Busy surgical area experience
General surgery
Robotics (da Vinci)
Ortho (totals, fractures)
ENT, including pediatrics
Vascular
GYN
Urology
General (robotics, open)

Additional Notes

EPIC experience within the past 1 year
Mask fit test information must be provided if applicable, including make, model, and size
12 hours of non-billable orientation
Hospital provides OR scrubs
