Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Bemidji, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Facility Size: 78 beds
Patient Population: General long-term care population and some short-term care
Shift Types: Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
Weekend Requirement: At least every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Half of the holidays
Staffing Ratios:
- Day/Evening shifts: 1 nurse to 20 patients
- Night shifts: 1 nurse to 40 patients
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Matrix
Orientation: Location-specific orientation provided

Required Qualifications

Current LPN license valid in Minnesota
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Additional Notes

No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days' notice may incur a fee
Local candidates preferred within 80 miles
Weekend and holiday coverage expectations apply
