Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation (Travel Contract)

Location: Twin Falls, Idaho
Specialty: Occupational Therapy - Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation (OP Rehabilitation Pediatric MV - OT)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday
• Shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (40 hours total)
• Guaranteed 37 hours per week

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience (cannot include school fieldwork alone; must have outpatient experience)
• Certifications:

  • BLS Certification
  • Licensed with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required (first-time travelers accepted)

Job Details

• Setting: Outpatient pediatric rehabilitation (no floating to inpatient units)
• Patient Population: Pediatric patients with developmental disorders such as cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and others
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 9 patients treated per day
• Orientation: Half-day orientation followed by 1 week of limited cases and shadowing
• Dress Code: Business casual with closed-toed shoes
• Team Environment: Collaborative, young, and fun team with an emphasis on flexibility and fast learning
• Additional Notes:

  • No weekend or holiday requirements
  • Must be flexible and able to learn quickly
  • Outdoor activities are common in the area
