Physical Therapy Job Opportunity

Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Specialty: Physical Therapy

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
  • EMR experience required

Certifications

  • BLS Certification required

Patient Population & Setting

  • Treats 8-10 patients per day
  • Common diagnoses: General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, falls
  • Settings: Acute Inpatient and Outpatient

Work Schedule

  • Typical shifts: 8 hours, hours may vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
  • Weekend requirements: To be specified
  • Holiday work: Not required

Orientation & Training

  • Department-specific orientation provided, including environment, processes, and EMR training

Additional Information

  • Rehab aides (PTAs) available
  • Dress code currently not enforced but may change
